Last month, Paul, an Administrative Support Specialist for a U.S.-based consulting firm, was promoted to Operations Coordinator.

So aside from managing his client's email inbox and performing admin support functions, Paul is now in charge of managing invoices and billing, as well as scheduling meetings.

Also in January: Aly, a Text Support Administrator for a U.S.-based management consultant firm, was promoted to Team Lead.

In addition to providing her clients with candidate qualification details, Aly is also now responsible for coordinating her colleagues' tasks and training.
