Remote Workmate is an offshore staffing company that recruits, manages, and supports remote professionals for businesses worldwide. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Remote Workmate is the “controller” of the personal information described in this policy.

Candidate records are retained for a reasonable period so we can consider you for future roles; you may ask us to delete them sooner (see below).

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you also have the right to be informed and the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
